In my last review, I solely based it off of how the rose gold color would disappear & turn into a holo silver when I tried encapsulating it. Well I have since received an email from Mrs Elennailedit herself apologizing for my experience, followed by tips on how I can prevent this from happening. She explained how monomer tends to strip the color.. She proceeded to tell me that I could put a lil bit of top coat over the glitter to basically protect the color & then encapsulate with acrylic.. She offered a refund in which I declined because I still adore the glitter & want to take her advice & try again.. I'm overall pleased with her customer service & appreciate her taking the time to contact me about my issues. I've ordered many times from her & will continue to do so! Hopefully this review will help whoevers having the same issue!!
